FAQ’s

  1. How much is shipping?
    • Out of province shipping is $28 flat rate across Canada with the exception of a local delivery charge of $18 if you are within a certain radius of It’s a Wrap’s store address.
  2. Do you ship within Canada?
    • Yes, we ship throughout Canada with the exception of products containing alcohol.  NS liquor laws restrict shipments of alcohol to within the provincial boundaries.
  3. When will I receive my order?
    • Orders placed online are usually ready the same day or next day. In busier seasons, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement.  Corporate orders or larger orders are completed and shipped on a case by case basis.
  4. How do I cancel or change my order?
